Typically memberships begin the month following the receipt of membership dues. Dues received after the 18th of the month typically will commence two months hence. For example, if your membership dues are received on March 22, your membership becomes effective May 1. If your dues are received before the 18th or March, the membership will commence April 1.
If we receive your payment by the 15th of a given month, your membership is effective the first day of the following month. If you pay on the 16th or later, your membership is effective the first of the second following month. (For example: If we receive your payment between March 16 and April 15, your membership is effective May 1. If we receive your payment on April 16 or later, your membership is effective June 1.)
Login to your IHP account and use the “Change Request” form to submit any changes to your list of employees or to cancel memberships.
